The poor boy had a rough start, glad he was taken care of and got better. Never encountered a cat in such a bad situation. Wish treatment like that was cheaper where I live, costs 130 USD every year now for each cat I have to receive their yearly shots. It was around 70 USD five years ago, from what I remember. Having pets in the US is getting expensive.
