Shay, I’ve never had canned salmon cooked like this but I’m going to try it similar to this. Normally my parents made the salmon into little patties. We normally had them with potatoes as the side. I’m glad it turned out good in the end. I was scared you weren’t going to like it.

When I cook mine like that, I add a little bit of vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon. I think it looks good.!

I love this dish I fry some salt pork and scrambled eggs to pair with it and it’s amazing over rice!!!
