Ingredients:
10 kg San Marzano Tomatos or similar without seeds
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THE TOMATO SAUCE AT HOME:
- ELECTRIC or manual METER. If you want to make tomato sauce without a vegetable mill, you could use a mixer;
- VERY LARGE POT (the classic grandmother's aluminum callara);
- A dozen GLASS JARS WITH NEW CAPS;
- A CLEAN COTTON TOWEL
