Cannell Plunge 2021 Kernville CA MTB

The treasurer of a trail in California. Have you ever wanted to ride 25 miles of single track with 90% of it downhill. Cannell trail is the complete package. Nice video. Thanks for sharing. Looks like a fun trail. We planning to go there sometime next month. We plan to shuttle ourselves up to the top where u start. Is the road from the bottom to the top all paved for a small car such as a Honda Civic to be able to drive for shuttling? How many hours or minutes it takes to shuttle from bottom to top where you start?

Thank you for watching, your going to have fun. Yes, the road is paved all the way to the top, your Honda should not have any problems getting up. The shuttle ride was about 50 minutes if I remember correctly. Good riding and have fun 👍🏻 😊

We are planning to ride Cannel Plunge next month, did you guys ride the whole 25miles? also we have girls in our group, is there other trail that is shorter than this trail? thanks in advance

Thanks for watching, yes we did the 25 miles. Cannel Plunge has a little for everyone and it's 90% down hill but it's 25 miles long. If someone in your group doesn't have great condition they are going to hurt. Also the technical section do get rocky and sandy. This trail is awesome just pace your self and enjoy. There is another trail that is one of the funnest and everyone will love it. It's called Just Outstanding. It's a shorter trail and more flow than technical. I bet your girls will enjoy it. This is also a shuttle ride. If you want to add mor technical section to your ride I recommend also doing Dutch Flat Trail. Just Outstanding trail head begins in the Alta Sierra sky resort. Follow JO which ends in a meadow and a short punchy climb. You will end up at the beginning of a fire road, take that down hill for a couple of miles. That's will lead you to the start of Dutch Flat. Ride Dutch Flats all the way down to Keysville recreational are. Have fun and Enjoy Life 😊
