You know that's how I do mine too! Boy have I had a busy Summer. We got a dairy goat herd, sheep and some extra pigs. We had some piglets a week ago and more due in about 6 weeks! Who knows when the sheep will give birth! I assume they know! 😂 Plus we had to get all these kittens spayed & neutered...eleven of them! Gonna be canning chicken in a few weeks! I'm on apples & beans right now!

Hi Luli! That’s the tastiest way to preserve chicken. It is delicious and moist, so many things you can make with it or just eat it like it comes out of the jar. I hope you and your family have a blessed weekend!

Can you tell me why pressure canning boned in chicken, for example thighs, takes less time to pressure can than regular boneless chicken?

Isn't current guidance that you don't have to sterilize if you waterbath for at least 10 minutes?
