Thank You! It's such a blessing to not have it all in the house. It is still a work in progress, but at least it's out there!

Very helpful thank you! My sister-in-law got a bunch from Arizona and I can’t wait to can them all to use in my white chicken enchiladas 🤤

We went to Hatch, N.M. and got green chiles and canned them. We also went to Sparky's there and got a most delicious green chile cheeseburger.

How do they turn out? I tried to peel mine and it was a disaster so I’m gonna try to just blanch them and try it the way you did it. Thank you for your video.

@@Freedom-ee3fh they turn out very well. You will like them in the middle of winter. We add them to crockpot pork shoulders let it slow cook. Thanks for your comment, Enjoy

How long do you blanch them for?
@stangerranch2 ай бұрын
We blanched them for about 3 minutes then placed them into cold water for a few minutes. then cut off the stems and remove the seeds. Chop them 1/4 inch. Enjoy
