CANNOLI CILENTANI

Il Cannolo Cilentano, è un dolce che nelle feste natalizie e a Capodanno era sempre presente sulla tavola. Esso è formato da una parte esterna croccante, detta scorza riempita con crema pasticcera di due colori: quello naturale della crema e marrone dovuto alla presenza del cioccolato fondente o del cacao in polvere. Nel video ho fatto una crema pasticcera, così come mia abitudine con uova intere, per evitare sprechi.

I have seen this canoli in the other channel too.. I was so amazed as it was my first time to see this recipe. Amazed in the sense that the wood was part of the frying. This is such a wonderful recipe .I just love to taste this but I guess so complicated for me to make.
