@@DeebdamanIt’s actually fan art commonly mistaken for real concept art. However, there does exist official concept art of Omega in his Zero body with the X series appearance of Zero. It’s one of the concepts for the devil Reploid form that shows Omega emerging from it as it opens up to show X series Zero, complete with the shoulderpads.
