It seems like most of the fighting styles are a Reference to one piece, Iron leg is pretty much just Black leg, Sailor style is Fishman karate slightly and Thermo fist is Dragon Claw (Sabo's martial art) along with Cannon fist being a reference to Garp.

It’s nice for ship combat but ultimately your damage has to be actually caused by a ship in order to get all the loot (sealed chests) in truth sailors fist is kinda just a straight upgrade from basic as long as you have saltwater bottles.

idk if u beat him yet but here's a few patterns i found: phase 1 1. hit him once or twice when he's about to throw the large ball then parry or dodge 2. when he's about to use his ultimate, hit him once with a fast skill then immediately dodge and hit him twice 3. when he slams and makes the round effect on the ground hit him once (only do this if you're good on health, you might get hit by a dagger) 4. dodge everything else phase 2 1. hit him when he's about to throw the large ball and parry (don't dodge) 2. when he's about to use his ult hit him once, dodge towards him and hit him twice then dodge away 3. dodge everything else oh and do everything with ranged. if you use melee he might do his melee combo on you
