Looking at getting this bike mostly for side-by-side trails. A lot less technical than what you show here. Would you recommend this bike? Also, how are you liking the microshift components?

At the price point, yes I love the Cannondale Topstone 4. The Advent Microshift takes a little adjustment skill but once set it does the job. The brakes have really surprised me as a guy who doesn't like disc brakes. I ride a Cannondale CAAD10 road bike and love that as well. You will never....never be disappointed by a Cannondale ;-) #CannondaleBikes #Topstone4 **note I am a former road racer, bike courier and BC Mountain Guide who has crossed whole ranges on a specialized rock hopper lol. I have seen some shit yo. lol.
