Hey lovelies, in this video I am using more foils purchased from Natasha Impey at Resin supplies Den on Facebook. I told Natasha what I was looking for - she returned with a selection of images and I ordered what I needed to fit the mould.

Hollographic foils in resin is definitely something I want to explore more in future to try making my own I think it would be an invaluable skill.

I did foiling for my wedding with a really old laminator and a second hand laser printer. And it was perfect. I convinced myself I needed all the stuff. But I didn't. I loved it. It turned out perfect. I did invitations and name places and alsorts. And it never got old! Love it as a craft xx

Ordered myself some epoxy resin as well as some uv resin colors and some of the jump hoops and earring making supplies with lots of molds. Temu. Its a birthday gift for myself to make things for others for Christmas. I like keeping myself occupied while doing my day to day tasks(household chores). Ill sew, make candles, jewelry and much more. Resin making is something i got into almost 2 years ago. My sister got me a kit and I was in love with the results.

My hubby made me a levelling table, used A4 piece of kitchen worktop; just redone the utility, mini spirit levels and adjustable feet, works an absolute treat. You keep it real Claire I’ve just made some teddy hugs, topped up nicely, cooked tea, revisited oh blast then the over pour… 😂

I'm not sure where I saw this but when the deburring tool doesn't work, I use my clippers for jewelry. The one that has a curved edge and the blade sits right at the side. Clip clip clip - done.

Is really affordable to make foils. laser printer, a laminator, acetate sheets and foil. it's really easy to use too. I hope you do get the printer. There's a brother that is small enough and is only cost like $100 or under and the toners last for ever!!

On the subject of making your own foils, why don't you try to make your own purple? It's pretty easy if you blend together red (or pink) and blue.
