Does the focal length change mounted on a GFX body? Or it stays 40mm as on full frame?

Itll give the equivalent of a 32mm lens field of view on full frame

Ah that was my first adapted lens on my 50R! I honestly preferred it a tiny bit to the 50mm f3.5, smaller and focused similarly, the swirly bokeh was sometimes very ... bleh, but it was dummy sharp!

@@matejphoto I will say, having an aperture ring was nice, I had the steelsring adapter mk2 for the 50R of mine, I do not know if on a GFX 100 or 100S the AF will perform similarly on the 40/2.8 as with the 50/3.5 I may be getting back to owning a GFX 100 this year and IDK if I am going to go the adapting route again or not, I'll see
