Thoroughly enjoy your videos, watching them from Australia. Its nice to see someone still using the 7D Markii. I love my 7D mark ii, which i use with a Tamron 150-600mm G1. Im getting a pretty good success rate with this combination. I agree with you on your settings for capturing wildlife but I also explain to my friends you have to be patient in photography, sometimes you just have to sit and wait. Happy snapping

What is the lowest shutter speed you would use? For lower light conditions.

It all depends on the speed of action. We won't get sharp photos of birds flying or animals leaping at slower shutter speeds. If the subject is stationary, I'll attempt to click at 1/60th of a second, but feel more comfortable at 1/125 or faster, especially when I'm using a bean bag. That's a very difficult question with no correct answer. You could probably rent different cameras and see which one works best for you. But you must learn the basic features and functions of a camera to make an informed decision

Thanks for the video. Right now i am using Canon 600d with Tamron 150-600 G1(kit lens). Want to upgrade my camera and lens . I was thinking about shifting over to Nikon 7500D. But now i have an option or getting a used canon 7d mark ii for 55k with 25k shutter count. So should i go for it or Nikon 7500d is better option? Which one of these two will give me a better low light performance. If i end up going with 7dmark ii will the new Tamron 150- 600 will perform good with it?

Not sure what your budget is but up grading to the 7Dii you don't have to up grade the lens right away. I have the 7Dii and use the sigma 150-600mm sports. Definitely an up grade on the 60D.

Have you been able to compare the autofocus of the 7dMkii to that of the 90d? I'm in a debate with myself.. get a used 7dmkii (I STILL use my 7d origional that has never let me down, even in crappy downpour conditions) Having a sensor that is 5 years newer than the mkii, and increased resolution would be nice... but not if the autofocus isn't up to the task.

I haven't used the 90D to click wildlife. In spite of everything that's said about it, it seems like a straightforward upgrade of the 80D, not the 7D Mark II. What's left to be seen is if Canon will ever release a DSLR upgrade to the 7DM2.

i think its a good camera build like a tank and very strong ,, but for the speed 10 fps at times its not just fast enough, i have run into buffer locking me out when i shoot a fast action in raw and i end up loosing a shot, good camera but i guess for this day n age its a bit slow oh n i miss 4k, i say CANON R6 R5 R3 ARE way better, good video though
