Got my Canon C70 recently and wanted to get some seat time with the camera so I decided to film the family. All shot with a Canon C70 with RF 35 1.8 IS.

Thanks- they aren't all mine. We are blessed with our son and twin daughters- the other kids are their cousins who live next door!

I know this is about the camera but I'm quite impressed with this lens if I'm honest, the IS looked really subtle/smooth and not wanting to 'lock' to a frame. That's great for video work! Makes everything looks really organic.

This is my favorite c70 video so far . It looks fantastic and the whole concept with your kids is sooo adorable! Makes the video a thrill to watch :-)

Wow, very nice. Love the grade, clean and subtle. What was your grade process like?

I added contrast via the exposure sliders (FCPX) and used a custom lut of my own at a low percentage.

Is this all SOOC? If so, what profiles are you shooting in and what lens did you use?
@Cord3FilmsWenonah3 жыл бұрын
Corrected CLOG 2 footage so not SOOC. RF 35 1.8.

Looks very clean. What SD cards are you using? Any hiccups?
@glenelliott26203 жыл бұрын
Right now all I have is older but large (256gb) Sandisk v30 cards. The camera warns me it’s not compatible but I haven’t had issues. Granted I haven’t pushed the frame rate. I have a pair of v90 cards ordered.

Did you order from B&H? I see a lot of people receiving them but have not heard if they got them in stock yet.
@glenelliott26203 жыл бұрын
I got one from B&H and one from Kenmore Camera in Washington. Kenmore got them 2 weeks before B&H. B&H shipped out their first batch on Tuesday.

@@andersonhughsproductions6689 yeah we only got the first batch because we pre-ordered as soon as it popped up on the page at 8am on 9/24. You’ll love the camera!

Nice footage bro! Just received mine a couple days ago! What lens did you shoot with?
@glenelliott26203 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks- this was with the budget RF 35 f1.8 IS. I wanted something close to a 50mm (with S35 crop) and IS for light and easy handheld.
