I have the same printer. It has a paper feeding problem. It prints 2-3 pages fine however more pages it starts picking up multiple pages causing them to jam. I noticed recently it keeps raising the paper to the roller multiple times for every page. Every time it does this subsequent pages start creeping closer to the feeder. This is different compared to before. Before it only raised the paper once per page to the roller. I think this is leading to the problem I am facing. I suspect there is a paper sensor that is dirty causing the printer to think the paper has not loaded thus it keeps raising the paper to the roller multiple times causing multiple pages to load at once. Any tips to fix this problem would be appreciated. I really like this printer and would hate to throw this printer away for such a simple problem.

I have the same problem. I hope you find the answer. It seems ir should only be a matter of cleaning something but I could not get in far enough, this video leaves out a few details. I will try again.

I have this same model. It makes paper marks and is out of alignment when printing. Anyone knows have to fix this?
