Hello, I have a Canor IR 2206, with the same error e002-0000, I followed the steps shown in the video to enter service mode using the code "Home - Reset - Back - Home" but it does not accept entering service mode, I even bought a new set of the fixing unit, and it is giving the same error, I don't know what to do anymore, can you help me understand what is happening and how I can solve it?
