Hello Manish, Google has removed access to Less Secure apps from May 2022. So I tried with outlook changing the stamp server and mail id. However it isn't working. Could you please let me know if something else needs to be changed?

Yes this can be achieve. As google and microsoft has disabled basic authentication. We can use email proxy server to send documents to email account
