Thank you for this video. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I was having difficulty getting the printer to recognize the ink cartridges. Turns out, I was forgetting to click the cover back in place over the cartridges! The most simple thing was creating a roadblock. Thanks!

Hello Mr Print Cloud I recently Bought a maxify Gx7000 printer. I had set it up, Taken around 3-4 pages of prints and left it for a week as I had to go somewhere. I came back and it works fine But the color ink level is decreasing drastically it's at half right now But Canon Print App and the printer management page tell me it's just little less than full Do you have any idea about this?

Hi, that should not be normal, as inks on my one year old GX6000 which is same printer engine last for 2 years and no refill, printing few pages per week and still above half. You should take it to service with usage stats info.

I took it to the service center and it was apparently a rare error which caused the printer to pump more ink to the print head than it needed. I also bought an entire ink bottle combo pack with all ink bottles + 1 extra black bottle and a maintanence cartridge for around 100 euros! Was a steal
