the tray fell out when I was on the phone and I was putting it back in the hole above where it goes cuz I didn't see where it came from so this video is very helpful I was pissed off and about to break the damn thing

Thank you so much. Canon should pay you for preserving goodwill and reducing the number of curses sent their way, perhaps also a retailer organisation bc you save them having to deal with queries. The orange cartridge holder was firmly locked in, your video showed that there was no trck to removing it, just greater than expected force. Also, extending the paper tray. With best wishes.

Thanks for the video. Let me ask something, is that LCD screen useful to select pictures to print (like in the HP B210 printer I own) or is it just there to show status and simple information? Sorry to bother with the question, but even on the Canon website I couldn't find this information.

+JorgeAraujo97 - You can view photos stored on a USB flash-memory device on the display and print them using paper type/size, print quality and date print settings. You can also print (but not preview) stored PDFs and print them on demand.

Terry thank you! Could you possibly help me, my MB2320 keeps saying error code 6000. I have tried the hard reset with no luck.

The code means that there is something inside the printer that shouldn't be there. Open all of the doors and look in there with a flashlight. Most likely there is a small bit of paper stuck somewhere. Remove anything that shouldn't be in there but be careful not to pull out any clear paper guides etc. If that does not work, take out the ink cartridges and paper cassette, turn the printer over on its front side and tap on it. Then, turn it over on its back and do the same. If nothing falls out, look inside the covers to see if you have dislodged anything. Good luck!

Put the document in the feeder or on the platen glass. Start up the Canon IJ Scan utility on your computer and click the E-mail icon. Make sure that you match the scan settings for document feeder or platen scan. Once you confirm, scanning commences and your default e-mail client will open up with the scanned document already attached. Then send the email per your usual procedures. Let us know how this works out for you.

In the IJ Scan Utility, there are menu options to select either platen or ADF/Duplex scanning.

My father never thought so. Nevertheless, i am glad to be at your service. That said, printer ink is expensive so make sure that you print in draft, grayscale or black-only modes whenever possible.

I cannot remember exactly how to find it (I need more memory) but you should look at the configuration software or the embedded Web server if you installed on a network (enter IP Address in Web browser). You may also be able to print out a usage report from the printer control panel.
