No it comes with included free cartridges... One black regular and one color small cartridge which will be sufficient for one year if you print 10 to 20 pages per month

You can print only on dragon pvc paper, not pvc card paper is shpported

Fully depends on your internet router... If your router has strong wifi signal then no issue... It will connect wherever in your house ....also it works only with 2.4 ghz wifi band ... In my case , i have mi router with wall penetration signal which reaches fully upto 3rd floor ... So i have no issue to connect my printer through out my house .

Very Honest Review. I print occasionally. Like 5-10 pages . I have a laser printer but that print grey scale. What you suggest should i buy it only for wifi and colour prints... ?
