Hi Rob, thanks for your video, I did try to remove the cartridge but it was difficult until I watched your vid and realised I had to have the power on, if it wasn't for KZbin life could be a. I observed the ink head moving too far to the right. This prevented me from removing the black cartridge on far right. Leaving the doors open - I hit the power button once. Printer turned off. Then I powered it back on. This time the ink head moved in a appropriate position to allow me to replace the black ink cartridge. Thx for the video.
