Through out battery charger If u dont have it u can buy a universal battery charger it can charge almost any battery u can find it in laptops - or 1$ or electrical shop dont worry its so cheap ...

Rise up the volume if the playback on camera or try to play it on phone through OTG or laptop or pc etc... I think the problem from the player not from it. I suggest for u to use your phone as a wireless mic this camera is only for photos it shoot videos but offcourse it suckssss.

You can buy another one cheaper than fixing it LOL NOTE: Buy them used most of them you will get it in good condition...since no body are using them anymore... They are so cheap or just use your smartphone ;)
