no it doesn't I have one w/o wifi. But still love it and take great pics and when I take videos it picks up sounds quite good.

It can't zoom, I have taken beautiful pics of moon that looks like I'm up there and I take fast action shots of our dog group from 60 feet away that takes them so fast I get them with ears in air and in full stride you cant' do that with phone.
