Hi! See the red tab in your menu, its the shooting menu. Go find log settings and turn it on. Shoot manual video and you r good to go 😊

You should use whole stop increments for the ISO. For example 800, 1600, 3200, 6400 will all look a lot cleaner that any ISO that falls in between.

There is definitely a difference between 4k 30fps light and non light. I haven't experimented at the 60 fps yet. Yes, you can get by going light if your video doesn't involve movements of any sorts. Just try recording by walking with your camera and see for yourself.
