Fun Fact: In Reborn version, the Canopus and Xapan conversation here is a little bugged. Music is supposed to lower its volume when people speak in all scenes. This one is the exception, music continues full volume. I think they forgot about this scene. I edited the volume here in the video though myself, so you'll just have to take my word for it or try it yourself. This small scene at 1:03 is one of my favorites. Canopus is a treasure. Its a shame this is such a missable scene being both law exclusive and optional with an awful map.

One thing that TO has over FFT is the optional dialogue for bringing certain characters to battle. You might get one extra Agrias quote and one extra Meliadoul quote if you bring them to certain battles and that's basically it. It really saps the rest of your team of personality after they join you.

LoL Xapan. They both remind me of Gimli/Legolas. They have same affinity too. Too bad, they only have a few eventful scenes together. Thanks for the scene.

Would give more incentive to use the unique characters over trained generics. I've only played the PSP version but I found it odd that only Bayin had something to say when I rescued Cerya from the dark knights, not a peep from Folcurt or her sister Cistina.

@@Rezuvious if you mean ch3N's Cerya scene, then it's only one of Cis/Fol/Bay that can have a dialog scene with her per fight. It's random, so You have to repeat that battle 3 times. Burak has a video with explanations how to get those scenes.

Definitely. Also lord of slaughter is Gatialo's nickname. No idea how he uses the same nickname of a commander of the same faction he is hired without getting in trouble is beyond me.

Is there anything Canopus can't do lol and he's great to move faster as low sky in ogre battle. Xapan is a cool wingman lol don't kill his beasts first as he'll area of effect everybody.

That would be Ganpp. Funnily enough TO PSP artist used the same base for their portraits so confusing them is very normal.

There is one other. If you bring him to Rogue Diego rescue fight. He talks with Azelstan.
