As someone who've bought 7500 WC worth of loot, it's not as bad as you think really. I got like 2 common skins, 3 epic skins, 3 legend skins. With so many legend/epic/common skin shards. You could also get limited/seasonal skins from loot like chromacrash/firecracker/lunar beast It's probably the second/third best option for value buyer aside from WP & a discount gacha skin event. Of course it's all come down to luck since it is gacha, so not everyone experience is the same. But I got a jackpot, last 5 pulls give me 1000 Orange gems which I trade for random legend skin shard. Now I have so many legend skin shards for adc. Spending 7500 get 15000 WC worth of skin 😂

@@VyanTan Not everyone is so lucky, with 6500 WC I got 550 gems, 1 epic skin and 1 legendary. even a normal gacha is more profitable than the hextech system. It's never advisable to spend money on luck.

Gacha systems always sucks cuz it’s like , not guaranteed, for some reason I don’t think ppl will get as mad if they flat out put a high price for the skin. Instead of ppl figuring out that it costs so much due to gacha. Like won’t it sound better to say it costs 50 dollars than to say you need to pay 50 dollars worth of gacha. I think that’s why In league pc ultimate skins were always seen as expensive but not outrageous, because it’s not linked with chance, just one purchase and it’s yours.

When you open the chest, you'll earn certain amount of OE. But you need to buy 1 key at 15 wc. So basically 150 wc per chest.
