Exhaust egr Gas presher sensor, if turbo OK. Location near thermostat on top on isx15. Code can be check by computer or admin on your ELD

hey i have a 2007 volvo d670 10 speed D13 ENGINE my truck set about 2 years and my truck was running good when i originally park it....and it has about 1/2 tank of fuel in it ..so i got ready to start the truck up after 2 years of sitting and got some new batteries in it and it started right up idling beautiful i go to drive it and its if i dont have no power it takes along time to get to 50mph and i have the gas pedal to the floor ..i changed the two filters and put some additive in it i put howes and lucas injector cleaner and fuel conditioner in i went back out to test drive it .and it seemed to be alittle better i was able to get 60 mph but it still taking along time to get there i drove about 90 miles.but it still doing the same thing it is not smoking it but it is actually running good but i dont have no power...there is no code lights on..do you think i need to put somemore additive in it and drive it more..

Allot of sensors share wires. Thus you can end up with multiple sensor codes.

Gud video sirji,, I have a swift diesel 2012 model almost 90k run n well timely maintained car which runs butter smooth n in love driving ,,,yesterday i Went to ooty hill station with 3 people n weather was cold ,, while I was started the hill climb in the morning with lot of hairpin curves, after driving with using only 2nd gear while climbing for 12km uphill ,, at one point with uphill traffic stopped n when I hit the 1st gear, there was no acceleration wen pressed hard, car was not at all moving!!! I was literally shaken wat to do n then some how made it barely move it with less acceleration n took u turn n came back downhill :( wat do u think the issue is,, I started my journey back to bangalore on NHighway ,, it was all normal,, wondering wat to do if I again to hill station!?

Im having the same issue. Can't pull hills loaded. But I'm getting no codes except SPN 3216 FMI 4...and I only get that when going down a steep hill with the Jake on. The DEF gauge light will come on and that code will come on...then goes inactive when the road levels off. My turbo is getting full boost and holding it...load gauge shows engine load at 85% with throttle to the floor. But just no power going uphill. I pulled the map sensor and cleaned it but didn't make a difference. New air filters and fuel filters EGR is about 6 months old DPF shows good in InSite after forced regen Any other ideas?

@@FrankSerrano no I ended up deleting. But someone had told me it was the Nox sensor. And they were tough to find so I just got rid of it.

I'm having "Stop Engine" Warning Light Coming On with 99% power loss and I have to stop and shut the 340hp Cummins Diesel Off. I sit for 5 minutes and back to Normal. I have replaced both the Water and Fuel Filters and the Air Filter and it is still Failings :(

@@saidabdulle7329 my check engine light came on, said it was possible I was going to derate, but I had no dpf codes. I stumbled upon this video, stopped at frightliner dealership, purchased and changed out those sensors. And check engine light went away. SPN 1569 FMI 31 was the only code showing.

We just had a situation in 2020 international ProStar we would stop at a light and then when the light changed we didn't get no throttle response at all almost for like 10 minutes before it finally started to work again

I have a 2013 cascadia Cummins isx15. I had the DEF deleted a month and a half ago and now I got a check engine light with code 3058 but can’t find out what the code is.

@@rakimmason8 I was using 2 gallons of oil per week. I got my engine overhauled last July and I haven’t seen a code or had any issues since.

Man the video was great, I have a 2004 International 9900ix Cummins ISX and it's giving me a rough idle. So I'm learning throw your videos to see what the problem is with my truck. Gotta be something small trying to figure it out. I'mma do the Speed Sensor, intake manifold sensor, and Two fuel actuators that should clear the room !!! Reply back thanks

No you wont get an active code while not operating the engine as the speed sensor is an inductive pickup so generates its own power when the shaft is spinning, EMI similar to older wheel speed sensors, sine wave or inductive kick. The broken wires on a powered sensor would immediately show a fault code on powering up the ecm as the sensor should generate a signal immediately.

hey bud i have a 2006 cummins ism that is loosing boost the boost psi reaches 24psi then drops down to 5 psi i originally had a check engine light for a egr valve which has always been bad light going on and off also i recent got a throttle pedal code which was new i changed them both same issue no more check engine light same problem i changed turbo speed sensor exhaust back pressure senor air control valve sensor same issue but when i broke air line on bottom of air control put it back together i had same problem but i now had a check engine code for the actuator for waste gate never had this before so i changed it and same problem waste gate keeps closing for some reason check engine light went away but same problem no one can seem to figure this out please help! ive went to cummins and international cummins said because the computer had nothing they could do any thing and international said it was my egr or a manifold exhaust leak which has always been before truck started missing up truck idles fine doesnt stall when the boost lives the thottle just goes dead like it loses connection but no codes!
