i have done alittle cantelope and it was good. one of these days I'm gonna try it your way, have to see what kind of mold I might have or have to get. glad for the update on apples. those I will probably try first. too much on my plate right now to do much fd ing.

no not initially, they will after time I had them out for about a month before they started going soft
