Switch Axe involves never switching weapon and using Sword only. The Charge Blade involves switching non-stop to charge and discharge... Also, holy guard points Batman that was nuts.

That made me stop using Switch axe, because switching modes is the most appealing part of Charge blade and Switch axe for me, you charge phials or gage to unleash these crayzee attacks and you have to make them count, but in generations switch axe got turned into "switch to sword and dont go back to axe"and since your in sword mode all the time to do more dps it feels very dull since you'll just be spamming x all the time, aerial is kinda fun tho.

Just a typical KZbin watcher well CB got really nerfed in mhg(still awesome tho),what the SA needs its better designed Hunter arts,my idea was to combine energy charge with demon riot; the energy will be sealed and maxed but you'll be unable to charge it back unless it has been depleted completely. "Energy riot" and tempest axe would make it somewhat like the charge blade.

I absolutely loathe what World did to the charge blades, and I haven't even ever played any other MH. This seems so fun, strategic and cool! Meanwhile, MHW's meta requires you using that single solitary weapon and doing that single solitary move until your retinas burn. As cool as the gigantic explosion is, nothing equates the dance of axe attacks and singular phial discharge.

Dude tbh, CB in this game is the weakest and clunckiest version. MHW and 4U were/are the best versions of CB. And I dont really see why you would loathe MHW because they gave so many QoL changes to all weapons that were desperately needed lmao.

World just made it impossible to read AI head movement to get consistent headsniping. The devs knew how unpredictable the AI was, so they gave buffs to their weapons. GS got the tackle, LS got the counter, CB got the Ultra Spam buff, etc. Honestly, it is Capcoms fault for making mons so erradic. It would have been more viable to play this way if it wasn't so.

All the quest has the same %(I think that is 18%),so maybe the lvl6 one ,cause you can hunt as many as you want,or the lvl1 cause is easier.

Old video, so won't expect an answer, but whenever I try to use the Super charge, it 90% of the time end up as Ultra charge, no matter how much I spam X and pull the analog stick back. What am I doing wrong?

probably because it has +3 Dreadking so maybe he crafted it this way just better for mixing
