Only one suggestion about the little trike …the ribbons that hang over the edge of the basket are pointing In the wrong direction… if the bike was moving the wind would furl the ribbon ends out the other way it would just add a little movement to the piece

I did the same thing. I laid out in the sun and I went to tanning beds and I don't regret one minute of it! Yes my skin shows aging however those were the funnest days of my life! There's nothing like being near the water and in the water and back then there was nothing like a beautiful healthy tan as opposed to pasty white legs like we used to say. I'm 61 years old but I don't look any older than other 61 year olds. I also have a health condition and who knows how much longer I'll be here anyway. For that matter we might all be going down soon . No, I'll never regret my time in the son having fun!
@CanterburyCottage Жыл бұрын
You have a great attitude! I don’t care about my appearance much anymore, but looking old actually hurts my KZbin channel! Research shows that younger viewers don’t watch channels belonging to people who “look old”!
@vlrissolo Жыл бұрын
@@CanterburyCottage you don't look old. Trust me. There's not a line on your face! Besides, these girls with quickie crafts from Dollar Tree are a dime a dozen and have farm housed me to death. We want new, different and even some skill required! They just purchase and assemble. Anything you can teach people out of the norm is a hit in my opinion. I learned to make paper flowers from one older youtuber and love them. I think paper, dried even silk or any fabric is prettier than plastic. I actually think that takes away from the craft. The transfers you use are beautiful. I recently found an English man who uses them but adds paint techniques and decoupage. The channel is called Painted Love, I believe. You both have me ready to do some radical crafting!!! I also watch My DIY Diaries. I watch very few younger folks because they are all so alike. We need MORE folks with experience! I also share your videos with my 86-year-old stepmother. There are only so many tiered trays she wants to make! lol! You're beautiful!

Sherry, I love that feather wreath! Gorgeous! It is advised to let your paint dry before applying transfers and to use a sealer before applying the transfer should there be any concerns there might be an oil based paint or wax on the surface of your substrate. When using rub n buff or any dark wax, use a clear wax first before applying a darker wax. This will allow you some play time and you should be able to wipe back the darker wax. That rub n buff goes a long way. The clear wax should also protect the transfers. Thank you for always sharing your great ideas and talent. You're such an inspiration too many.
