Cantonese Fish Congee (粤式鱼粥)- Traditional Chinese Porridge with Fish

1:33 - Add fish and ginger to the cooked congee
2:15 - Top with scallion chopped
INGREDIENTS
* Scaled bass, 160 g
* Ginger shredded, 10 m
*Scallion chopped, 5 g,
* Cooking wine, 1 tsp
* Washed rice, 55 g
* Water, 1500 ml
- Instructions
1. Take out the fish bone and slice the fish.
2. Add the half of ginger shredded and cooking wine to the fish slices, mix well with your hands, then set aside.
3. Add washed rice and 1500 ml water to the casserole, boiling on low heat for 1 hour.
4. Remove the ginge from the fish slices
5. Add fish slices and left ginger shredded to the congee
5. Boil for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat, top with chopped scallion.
- How to eat
* Serve warm.
