Is traffic lighter going thru Malasiqui and Santa Barbara, than San Carlos and Calasiao? How is Dagupan compared to Urdaneta as far as shopping and services? Thanks! Happy new years and be safe!

Dagupan by far is the worse traffic. Malasiqui and Colasiao are heavy but they have some detours. San Carlos and Santa Barbara are a bit lighter. Urdaneta is very congested on the main strip but they have a multi-lane by-pass if you're just passing through. The easiest way to avoid all traffic here is to use a motorbike.
