Rick hitting the gym hard, dude is in great shape for a guy who's almost 60. Love that Foote is watching and sending video to Rick in early July. Chemistry is huge for coaching staffs.

I remember watching Adam Foote on the Avs completely shutting us down back in the day. That Avs team he was on from 1996-2003 was one of the best in memory. So glad he's teaching our d-core how to, well, defend.

As a long-time hockey player and fan, I have to say I had great admiration and respect for both of you when you played - unfortunately, you played against the Canucks :( You two epitomize heart, hard work, and intelligent play.
