it was indeed helpful. since I have just gone through Hurricane Ida and before that, Katrina years ago I wanted to make a Hurricane Preparedness checklist Template but also to go along with it a POST-Hurricanel checklist. things people dont realize are life savers when you are going to be without power for a couple weeks For example, bug spray, plastic shopping bags, dry shampoo, mesh netting, glow sticks and those $1 solar garden lights. There is another templet i can make for people that have to evacuate for any reason. I dont know if those things would work I just know that's what is fresh on my mind today. Our electricity came back on yesterday but the poor people not even 15 miles from us in Slidell, La...

If I use a Canva pro account, and design template using Premium/Pro for create font, elements (which just only can with Pro account), and sharing the link for my customer. Could they access them and change their text as well as elements similar which I used? Hope you will answer, thank you!

Hi there! Yes, your customer will have access to everything you have included in your template. Also, they will not need the pro version themselves in order to edit. Hope that helps!

Hey Sandra, I do have a question about Canva pro. I have a canva pro account, and I'm selling Instagram templates in etsy. I've always wondered why people remove the images they display in the thumbnail of their etsy products on the actual templates? And if im using a pro elements, will the customer with free account be able to use it as well? Same goes for my own uploaded font, since the customer wouldn't have the exact font in their pc? I'm so glad you're enjoying my content and it means a lot that it's inspiring you! :) It's a little difficult to see what's happening on your end without seeing a screen recording but are you highlighting the entire word or phrase and clicking on the link icon? That should work just fine. Otherwise can you explain your steps? If it's too complex, you can also contact Canva directly because they are very fast and helpful with their responses :)
