My online training is scheduled for this Friday & I'm expected to have my hat ready to be embroidered. I can't seem to get the sweatband underneath the metal tab with the groove line in it. & this video did not show how she was able to do that . 😪

Any tips for stitching the new poly spandex structured hats? I had trouble with it being out of registration, I doubled the backing and still had issues. I did not try temporary adhesive spray or binder clips. Machine was set at 480 spm

I have an EM1010 and my customer wants his logo on the left side of the hat close to the brim. I keep hearing you can embroider as close as 1/2 inch from the brim, but it won't let me. I get the error of the Y or X and my design is 1 and 1/2 inches from the brim. How do I change the threshold for this?

Trying to get the logo closer to the brim with the EM 1010- when tracing the brim jams up the hat and stops it from rotating so the hat ends up off center is there a fix for this?

I embroidered a hat very similar to that one and got a lot of loops in the thread. The hat was bouncing a lot, no matter how I hooped it. 😫😫 What can I do to eliminate that bounce?
