Sir I'm from Maharashtra I have given both MBA cet as well as CMAT exam. But I have secured more percentile in the CMAT exam so I want to apply through CMAT exam for cap rounds. Will I be considered as all India category or state level?? Is there any reservation for like ews for all India category seats??? Plz reply!

If applied through CMAT, you will be considered as an AI candidate. No reservation is considered for AI seats.

It is very difficult, chances are slim. Last year's AI cutoff for JB was 99.98.

Hello Sir, I had a question, I filled up my form through EWS category because I had a valid EWS certificate while form filling, but now due to my caste Maratha and due to the reservation fiasco and new government GR, I am now not able to apply for EWS certificate. So can I register as Open Category candidate during cap process by paying rs200 fees for which i had relaxation during form filling ?

You can apply through Open Category too but it would be better if you could drop a mail to CET Cell regarding this and also if needed get an affidavit made.

You don't need one for a gap after 12th. But, it is upon discretion of ARC officer. You can create one in a day after asking him/her.
