There appears to be some confusion between the Software CMM (the original Capability Maturity Model released in the early 1990s) and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration released in 2002). The earlier part of the lecture uses CMM terms but somewhere in the middle of the talk it seems to move to a CMMI perspective. The main differences (at the level that you are explaining): CMM maturity levels are Initial, Repeatable, Defined, Managed, Optimising - CMMI maturity levels are Initial, Managed, Defined, Quantitatively Managed, Optimising CMM has KPAs, CMMI has PAs CMM has Common Features (Commitment to Perforn, Ability to Perform, Activities Performed, Measurement and Analysis, Verifying Implementation), CMMI has Specific Goals (which correspond to Activities Performed in CMM) and Generic Goals (which correspond to the other Common Features in CMM) Lecture might be clearer if you decide which of the models you are describing and stick to the terminology and structure of that one rather than mixing the two.
