if a capacitor stores charge then why the fan stops when the source is removed or electricity stops ?????the fan should continue moving due to charge stored in capacitor

Fan needs alot of electrical energy to start . But the electricity in our houses is not enough to start the fan . So, capacitor provides that large amount of energy in a sudden , and the fan starts rotating . Once it starts rotating , capacitor discharges . And the fan keep rotating on normal electrical energy .

Sir , if we determine unit of capacitance by putting SI unit of Q and V into its formula then C=Q/V ; now i am putting units as C=C/V so capacitance unit could be C per V and this one would also be possible that if we break volt so it becomes J per C and if we apply this in formula of capacitance so final unit of capacitance becomes J -1
