Can you help me with the cap dump i use 4.5v Ac adapter scr MCR106-8 2x 4700 UF Capacitors 1x10000 UF Capacitor 4x BY255 Diodes 1x 15v Zener On 10000 UF Capacitor i have 18.85v problem is not dumping Can you guide me to make this working
