Can you figure out a run capacitor for my electric motor 120/240 volt ac motor
@curtisballer6884 жыл бұрын
Juleeboss I'm wondering if you can assist me, I've watched a couple of your videos and you are quite knowledgeable and Ive been struggling with a induction motor with 2 caps in series, centrifugal switch and what may be a solid state relay? There's no wiring diagram and GE model number seems to be lack of info:( at motor it has 5 wires, 1,4,5,6,11-(orL1) then these wires go up to termination box on either side of caps numbers are 8 and 9. Are you by chance able to assist?

neutral to com, live to capacitor or what?
@juleeboss4 жыл бұрын
yes sir u can see it in the circuit there is 2 way connections also.

@@juleeboss this video is good and full of information but also is confusing for people are learning like me, there is two questions, as I'm not familiar with colors and there is no explanation for this, what is the colors for live and neutral, we assume live is red and neutral is black, with this, you plugged the common plus capacitor to live, one winding and capacitor to neutral right? correct me if I'm wrong. for 3 wire ac motor with single capacitor, should we plug the com to neutral, 2 others from motor plus live to capacitor or changing the live and neutral or it makes no difference?
@juleeboss4 жыл бұрын
@@unobianconero5751 well that the problem its not about the color of the wire instead u must watch the code and the circuit that how its connected inside

You should rethink your music selection AND VOLUME the next time you make a video. You would be much better off with no music and speaking about what you are doing and/or what the components are. I doubt that anyone learns much when the music is screaming in their ears while trying to concentrate on what the words are describing. But you get a B- for trying, just try a different approach the next time. JMHO.

I think the music is there to help with the current generation . The modern metrosexual mellenial, wearing a topknot, lumberjack beard and skinny jeans, while standing next to his Prius and sucking on his queerberry blast flavored vaping pen, would soak in more info from a video with music, than a bunch of sciencey smart-talk mumbo-jumbo.
