I have adhd too and got diagnosed a while ago, and I’ve learned that it has its ups and downs!:) Just make sure to try to take care of yourself and reach out if you need support or anything. It can be difficult at times, but just remember that nothing is wrong with you or your brain, it’s just works differently. (Sorry if I ranted or if you’ve already knew all of this lol- I just wish someone had told me this when I first got diagnosed. :) )
