Would you consider Joe a shoto? He has projectiles, but he doesn't have an uppercut, but does have three kinds of super kick moves

maybe except that it doesn't have something like hadouken

But he does have a projectile. Characters like Iori & Ryo have different kinds of projectiles from the hadoken but they both also have uppercut different from the Shoryuken
