Good review, how would you compare this to shotcut. Which would you recommend. Ive been using shotcut for a while because my pc isn't that great so using resolve just isn't an option.
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
Well, they’re 2 very different editing programs. It really depends on what you need it to do. CapCut is capable of doing advanced and stylistic effects, Transitions and animations. Which could save you so much time if you were to do the same on Shotcut. Shotcut on the other hand is a solid editor on the “traditional” side. It’s a familiar feel and the tools are simple to use and you will not have to worry about the in-app purchases and effects that CapCut may contain although it’s not that many. I would recommend CapCut if you’re willing to explore and adjust your workflow. It’s free so there’s no risk in trying. Or a combination of both. Shotcut for sequencing and CapCut for editing specific scenes that require certain animations.

@@EJTech. thanks alot for the input man. I really appreciate these response. I think I'll def give it a try. Like I said before I really want to take davinci resolve for a test ride but my computer just isn't up to par but hopefully but this fall I can upgrade and just do it. Again, thanks for the reply

I've used Shotcut for a while and it crashes too often for me to trust it, and it's a steep learning curve when you have a memory like mine and have to watch tutorials again each time I want to use it every month or so. I downloaded Capcut 2 days ago and am amazed how much easier it is to use!
@TheDarkArtist66 Жыл бұрын
@@dvdowns you are not wrong about that. There have been a few times when I first started using shotcut that I would be a couple hours in to working and all if a sudden, bam, completely gone and then you realize you didn't save it because you were just so into your work. Quite irritating but I have gotten into just saving it after every 5 mins or so. I think I'll give cap cut a try. Thanks for the input

@@TheDarkArtist66 I got to the point of saving shotcut projects every time I made a change because often it would crash before 5 minutes :)

Throw your low end PC in the garbage and buy a High end one.

That's so beginner, newbie and basic. But hey if it speeds up the process and I need a cool, quick edit I'm down. I'm not concerned whatsoever. Saves me time.

8:19 Hi on your price example you had one year pro at two different prices, $44.99 and $74.99 what's the difference
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
I believe it was a mistake on their end. I went back and checked and they only have the $74.99 price for the Pro. Which I assume would have been the same thing from the start.

@@EJTech. Thanks 👍 when you save a project, can that project be moved to another folder or drive to work on in a future re-edit, or does it have to stay in the same location to keep working
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
@markshirleygoogleplus I think that would depend on which version of CapCut your using. For example if you’re using the web version you’ll technically upload all your files for the edit. Compared to the desktop version where you will most like have to have the files saved on your hard drive (or on your computer) just like any other editor. I haven’t tested this to be 100% sure.
@markshirley01 Жыл бұрын
@@EJTech. I can't find anywhere discussing it, so Im wondering if you'd have to relink images, as you would have to do in FCP if ypu moved a project

Any news on capcut doing a text to speech feature? Years ago I used SonyVegas and got on really well with it but I don't edit enough to justify buying it now. I used clipchamp which wasn't as nice to edit as Capcut but they had a text to speech feature which was good.
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
I know that CapCut has a speech to text converter tool. As well as other transcribing tools in their editor.

Is Capcut Safe for KZbin Video's (Copyright Issue's) Like Can We Use Music , Sound Effects, Sticker's, Footages Etc Availabe in CapCut By Capcut? and Is Desktop App is Online or Offline I Have to Buy Cloud Storage to Upload and Edit My Videos?🧡🧡🧡🧡
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
CapCut will warn you whenever you choose a copyrighted asset that way you know which to use and which to avoid. Desktop is offline. Cloud storage is optional you can import all your clips from your computer.

don't use cap cut music . trust me.. u don't want that headache. because of 5 seconds i had to reupload the whole video . annoying part was that I got the claim 3 days later when the video was already going up.
@teofilol2666 Жыл бұрын
If KZbin is incapable of resolving their music copyright problem after so many years, then what's the point of you uploading your videos to their platform. By the way those copyrighted music are not even that good 😂
@r3b0rn_mike1173 ай бұрын
@@dailyhubranx thanks for the heads up. I mainly use PixaBay for sound effects and background music for scenes anyway which is free and has no copyright headaches to worry about. 👏

Does it worth it to change from Davinci Resolve to CapCut? I mean Davinci Resolve is so slow on my Computer and CapCut nealed it it runs very fast no imput delay etc.
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
I use DaVinci Resolve and I think it's great. However, it is a bit power hungry so it will need a higher spec system to handle it with no issues. Capcut is great as well and it's certainly easier on most systems to run smoothly.

@@EJTech. My System is actually not bad I have a RTX 2060 S. and a Ryzen 7 2700x but I have so many legs with Davinci Resolve, does 32 GB instad of 16 GB RAM would fix this problem?
@EJTech. Жыл бұрын
I know that the minimum system requirements is 16 gb but it's 32 gb for Using Fusion. I would assume a higher ram count would perform better.
