Hey is this the luncheon train or the dinner train? I’m curious as to what their consists are these days. Love the fl9 footage! I grew up and sandwich and spent many summer riding my bike down to the crossing to watch the cc&h ride by.

Nice footage. The camera shaking can be fixed by using a very sturdy professional grade tripod, but they are quite expensive.

Believe it or not we do use one - Generally we carry a Benro KH25N Video Tripod. However we also have a more lightweight "travel" tripod for when we travel to locations via public transportation. I'm blanking on which one we used here - but it may have been the more lightweight one. That being said, the shake here was some of the worst we've dealt with. No idea if it was the soil density, or amount of insulation between the rails and the ground, but it's never been that bad before or since.
