Shew, glad Patrick and you are practical people and we’re able to deal 😁. Cool to see Redford enjoying Scamp life with you, was considering a Gazelle tent for myself next year as I discovered I am too old to sleep on my thermorest now 😂

you really never know what will happen on an RV trip! we love the Gazelle- it was an investment, but it vastly improves our camping set up for so many reasons- we need to do a review video on it

Hope it’s not a costly fix. Good luck. 🍀 ❤

Thanks! It looks like we can replace it, but we will figure that out next season

Hello married couple! That valve looks like it was hit. Bent backwards the way it's cracked on one side. Replacing that valve is not fun at least on mine anyway. GL! Thanks for your video!

This man is so laid back, the Scamp could be on fire and he would spring into action and not even hit 3 out of 10! The man is Cool!🥶🥶🤣🤣

Usually cracks like that result from making contact with pavement, but yours is up front, so it would be a little harder for that to happen. If you put RV antifreeze in the P traps you shouldn't have a problem with it cracking due to water freezing and expanding.

someone else said we must have hit it on something- but i the 3 years we have owned it I cant recall ever hitting anything- although we have gone over a few rough bumps that may have done it (Assateague!) It looked to me like there was some water left in the valve & it expanded pushing the plastic out and causing the cracks- we will have to be more careful to run the antifreeze through the valves in the future

I hope its a cheap plastic part replacement 🤞

it looks like we should be able to switch it out...but that will most likely be a project for the spring
