only thing that let me down when I did the Cape in the FJ was the starter motor.

You must have some good eyes mate. I’m not sure where you’re referring to exactly. The lower control arm is new and just came back from a pre trip check over by a great mechanic. The CV boot just looks black and shiny cos the wheel is turned. No leak for sure.

@@explore_moorhey mate I saw that too, it looks like a crack where the lower control arm connects to the spindle hub above that ball joint?

@@alozaaao8548 great pick up guys. I just checked and it’s just a sharp edge in the casting. I can see what you mean though. Definitely not cracked

what year is the FJ dude? is it the dual tank one?

its a 2012 so just a single 75L tank. I have a few jerry cans i take if the distance between fill ups is a bit "how ya goin"
