in more simple words: the process is more important than the end goal. - who you become while you wait. rather than getting what you want.
@Vincent444836 жыл бұрын
Deepar Gupta same as the medalist runner maybe never expectes he can get a Olympics championship. But besides passion, there's still many small results or goals or expectation..anything u would like to put, he may want to achived when he's in training , such as within a week must finished 10km... Etc. However, it's still good quote, I understand what she trying to says. Do what u want and what u passionate, put into ur effort and hard work, just simply doing what u like and never ask for anything in return, simply enjoying the process and path, when u really certain points and excellent enough for what u did, then the Payback will come to u naturally. Damn shitty long.. Sry just typing

First Asian American women I can say I'm proud of and look up to as a role model. She's Asian and isn't ashamed of being one. Instead, she embraces it and proud of who she is and what she represents. The sad thing is, a majority of us grew up insecure. We hated our names, we hated the shape of our eyes, we hated eating Asian food and we hated being called Asian. With more positive Asian role models like Constance, we're slowly healing ourselves and patching decades long wounds left behind by Hollywood's neglect of our communities.

Her closing statements really touched me... I felt each word, it made me tear up because I'm in my mid 20s and finding out who I am and how I want to make my life meaningful is not as easy as I thought it would be. I know that everyone says , yes don't worry and it's all gonna turn out ok, and be true to yourself..... but many times I did stay true to myself and I put in my best effort but I still had to let go of the dream I had for myself. Life truly isn't what you think it would be.
