And still why Army when CAPF have their own Cadre officers who are doing great. Why they shouldn't get what they deserve. And even if someone find any fault, the training curriculum should be improved.. Its extremely unfortunate. Officers like AC Naresh Kumar can be the best leaders

IPS पुलिस सेवा तक ही ठीक है। CAPF भी पुलिस सेवा हे लेकिन CAPF का काम करने का तरीका अलग है। BSF , CRPF , ITBP का काम आर्मी जैसा ही हे । अगर IPS को पुलिस सेवा तक सीमित कर के डायरेक्ट CAPF में रिक्रूट अफसर को DG बनाया जाए तो अच्छा है। CAPF अफसर जब AC होता है तब ग्राउंड लेवल पर काम करके उस पद तक पहुंचता है जिसे फोर्स के बारे में सबकुछ बहुत अच्छी तरह मालूम होता है जो एक IPS अफसर को मालूम नही होता । 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's about time that CAPF's are managed by their own cadre Officers. IPS should have left a long time ago like how Indian Navy left Coastguard when their own Cadre Officers got 35+years of experience. They are not Police Forces which MHA has tried to project them since 2011 when they changed their nomenclature from Central Paramiliatry Forces to CAPF to protect the deputation of IPS Officers.

What an irony CAPF officers are good enough to take a bullet in their armour and die but not good enough to lead their own men as dig's , ig's and dgp . These paramilitary forces should be temporarily trained under army like Assam rifles to train their officer cadre for controlling higher command positions . An IPS officer is of no use to them .

Exactly. Just like in Army, every Chief of Army staff was once a young Lieutenant, similarly, every IPS officer who is ADG or DG should start as Assistant Commandant, then 2IC, then Commandant, then DIG, then IG, and ADG/DG, so that they have ground level experience and have a deep attachment to the troops.

Aapko sach nahi pata. CRPF ya kisi bhi anya CAPF ke officer bhi grp A hote hai. Unhe apne kaam ka bahut gyaan hota hai aur wo ground reality jaante hai. Unki training bahut achhi hoti hai aur kai courses bhi hote hai to update them. CAPF adhikari AC ranm se hi administrative kaam sambhalte hai aur 2IC ki rank ke baad se unke paas keval administrative kaam hi rehte hai. Wo bahut skilled aur expert hote hai apni field ke kyunki unhe ground work and administration ki bahut jaankari hoti hai sath mein. CAPF ke Deputy commandant city police ke Assistant Superintendent of Police ke taur par bhi kaam karte hai kai jagah. Wo policing, administrative, aur defense, security, riot control, naxal and terrorist areas mein work ki complete knowledge and skill rakhte hai. Isliye unhe hi apni force khud command karni chahiye.

Tumhe ekdum sach nahi pata. I have lived all my life in CRPF aur CAPFs mein aisa nahi hota ulta they are more considerate to their juniors and B leve staff and jawans. CAPF officer eligible hai. Wo bhi UPSC dete hai. GRP A service hai aur unhe policing, administrative, riot control, security, naxal and terrorist area mein kaam mein expertise hoti hai and wo bhi bahut knowledgeable hote hai. Wo IPS se kam nahi. Dusri baat wo apne jawano ke welfare and desh ka sochte hai. IPS do chaar saal ki deputation Par aate hai aur lavish life enjoy karke chale jaate hai. Unhe CAPF ki koi nhi padi. Wo ips hi hai jo CAPF se retire hoker CApF ke staff, cars and drivers illegally use karte hai. Wo sirf apne baare mein sochte hai aur unki ground knowledge 0 hoti hai CApf ke work ki isliye CApF mein cadre officer hi lead karne chahiye

@Subham Pradhan for your kind information crowbar can't do needles work and needle can't do a crow bars work. It's the purpose for which the thing is made. VerY first CENTRAL PARAMILITARY FORCES now became sorry termed as CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCES From the very year 2011 before that these were called as paramilitary forces. Please go through their acts and constitution of these forces granted by the constitution of india . Also seeing paramilitary forces all as same is a foolish thing every force has its own specialisation. Let me remind you that CAPFS or CPMFS are the bridge between police and army. Did you have any idea what happened in bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh where when indian army and police came faceoffs entire army attacked and ransacked police station they called crpf for help. So don't compare any force with any other one because they have their own role to play. Entire capf contitutes to a strength of 1.1 million . Which is equal to 75%army active personnel and 60 % percent of total India's police strength. Here if cadre officers are not allowed to lead their forces then cadre must be removed and in the very appointment of the IPS officers must be done from the assistant commandent levelbecause they may have a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge regarding the force and the functioning of the structure of the force.also let me remind you that seeing the election duty as the cheap duty is a very big blunder mistake because if the elections were in that they have gone right then the entire democracy will crumble down because the entire democracy will be built by the elections itself because there are only two people will have the chance to elect the right leader.

Same goes for IRS(Ce& exc), IAAS, IRS (IT)... In IRS(Customs & Excise) specifically in NCB and ED that are under IRS are headed by IPS officers... in case of Indian Audit Service (IA&AS) , the CAG has been an IAS officer... Only the first CAG was from IA&AS service... It is a complete discrimination not only for the CAPF guys but also for other Non-IAS & Non-IPS service officers...... Special attention should be given to them also.... P.S. Not to defame anyone.... Just my personal opinion!!

My father is in CRPF(general category) and after 30 years of service he had only 2 promotions, so you can't become DIG just by promotions from grade B officer it is imposible. IPS officers has twisted the rules and regulations such that only they gets benifit😔

Tumhe ekdum sach nahi pata. I have lived all my life in CRPF aur CAPFs mein aisa nahi hota ulta they are more considerate to their juniors and B leve staff and jawans. CAPF officer eligible hai. Wo bhi UPSC dete hai. GRP A service hai aur unhe policing, administrative, riot control, security, naxal and terrorist area mein kaam mein expertise hoti hai and wo bhi bahut knowledgeable hote hai. Wo IPS se kam nahi. Dusri baat wo apne jawano ke welfare and desh ka sochte hai. IPS do chaar saal ki deputation Par aate hai aur lavish life enjoy karke chale jaate hai. Unhe CAPF ki koi nhi padi. Wo ips hi hai jo CAPF se retire hoker CApF ke staff, cars and drivers illegally use karte hai. Wo sirf apne baare mein sochte hai aur unki ground knowledge 0 hoti hai CApf ke work ki isliye CApF mein cadre officer hi lead karne chahiye. Wo zyada knowledgeable hote hai ips se apne karya sheshtra mein

Capf exam is easier than ips exam so the government has taken this decision to rule ips in every security sector of our country.We should leave this matter totally on government. Civil service exam is toughest exam of india so becoming an ips officer is very much difficult than other jobs in india . They are trained for everything. And ips officer gets fast promotion because their exam is tougest exam to crack and their recruitment process is also very hard so i think they deserve this much facility from the government otherwise their is no mean for becoming ips officer.
