As I got LOI from Capgemini on 9th Feb 2022 and got DOJ on 3rd March but as per my mistake I sent them my experience resume as per the resume. HR called me and asked that you are on notice period so we can't give DOJ right now so please submit Reliving Letter and I submitted my Reliving Letter on 24th March 2022 but still now no any update will get joining waiting for the same since last 67 days. Should wait for the same. As waiting for your reply.

No org promises an employee their preferred loc. If you get it you're lucky but if not, you need to join where they have sent you, if you want to join that org. Else you an look for jobs in other orgs who will give you your preferred loc

I have received my doj in capgemini but within 5 pm I need to accept the offer but after 5pm only I saw the mail and accepted the offer then hr call me she told me that you can join in the upcoming batches. Whether they will send a doj again or not because already 13 days got over. Yesterday also I contact the HR she told that As said earlier also, as joining is totally depended on business demand, we cannot assure any date. As per business demand you will receive your next DOJ.can I expect my date of joining mail in June month.

Take continuous follow ups and try to get your new doj soon. As this is a case of lateral entry, it's just a shift of doj and does not need to wait for a batch. So this shouldn't take much time

Try uploading the marksheets individually. That is required. Doj can get delayed if you do not provide it
