So basically what is the point of this test? Like for example take two people who got same scores in other tests but in this behaviour competency test, their answers were opposing from each other. Technically they are both correct as we know that there's nothing right or wrong about these questions. So who will they select if they have one vacancy available and they have to select between these two people?

Behavioral tests are not 100% correct but it gives somehow a picture about right attitude and behavior so given a case the person who is more fit attitude wise will be selected.
